Cool Chick Outfits...

Darris and I went through at least a couple of beers (albeit low calorie beers) last February, sewing feathers onto our Ragnar chick hats. It's nice to see that our hard work paid off. And Jennifer modeled our outfits quite nicely. See the Active.com Ragnar promo link for the full photo.

Note that other smiling person in the photo is Kim Rodgers. She is smiling because she just handed off the relay band to Jennifer and it was rest/break time for Vehicle 1.

Chicks Tri

Run for the Creeks

On Saturday, August 28th some of our Chicks (and Rooster runner Mark) enjoyed the cool weather in Prescott. They were at Run for the Creeks. Per Kim R, it was a nice trail run along Willow Lake. It was the 2nd annual, supporting the Prescott Creek Preservation. There were a little over 200 runners...5K, 10K, kids 1K, and 2 mile invitational.
